Account Information: Retained while your account is active and for 90 days after account deletion (to allow for account recovery).

Call Data: Retained according to your subscription plan and workspace settings. You can delete calls at any time, and they are permanently removed after 30 days in trash.

Payment Information: Retained for the duration of your subscription and for 7 years thereafter for tax and accounting purposes.

Usage Logs: Retained for up to 2 years for analytics and security purposes.

Marketing Data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through the settings page.
